The National Terrorism Preparedness Institute has a wealth of amazing information via videos and free training curriculum’s relating to Maritime Security and Homeland Defense. There is a video series called LIVE RESPONSE which features current activities within the Maritime community. Many of the videos also feature a round table discussion that is really informative and quite well done.

There is also several free online courses available in the fields of Port Security, Force Protection & Anti-Terrorism, and Planning & Preparedness. Even better is the fact that people enrolled in NTPI’s free online courses can earn continuing education units (CEUs) from St. Petersburg College. Once the final assessment for a course has been successfully completed, a course completion certificate is available for printing.
